Clean Boost is a sophisticated fuel catalyst... specifically developed to accelerate the combustion rate of hard-to-burn hydrocarbon molecules. It functions by promoting the decompression of the large fuel particles in the flame and thus produces smaller fragments, which in turn are quickly burnt at lower temperatures.   Using Clean Boost upper cylinder temperatures drop by as much as 300 deg. F.

This facilitates the completion of the final stages of the combustion reaction, thereby producing less soot (unburned hydrocarbons), while virtually eliminating opacity (black smoke) problems.  Slagging, fouling and corrosion are also less likely, thereby extending equipment life.

Clean Boost's lubricating agents are very effective as measured by independent labs.  Metal wear is decreased over 50% and far exceeds all of the engine manufacturers specifications for needed lubricity including USLD fuels.

Extensive Testing
DWG became interested in Clean Boost after we reviewed independent laboratories' test data and results from the field.  Clean Boost has passed a battery of safety tests... proving it is safe to use and cannot harm an engine or any related components.

Extensive testing at South West Research, Battelle and Herguth Laboratories found a significant increase in fuel economy and reduction of emissions across the board.  This included the SAE J1321 Fuel Consumption Test and Stationary Fuel Consumption Test and testing in various internal combustion engines to replicate real life conditions.

Performance has been corroborated by numerous  end users of Clean Boost in their fleets, gensets and other equipment.  This well documented performance includes significant increase in fuel economy and overall equipment performance.

Oil analysis has proven Clean Boost helps the fuel to more completely burn; engine wear is decreased significantly.  Oil change intervals can be extended significantly as the chemical and thermal break down of the oil is reduced substantially....resulting in even more savings.  Ask to see results from laboratory testing.  One large fleet has now increased their oil change intervals 4 times based on oil analysis and working directly with the engine manufacturer.

The Return On Investment using Clean Boost is outstanding.   Even newer, more sophisticated engines benefit with increases in fuel economy and less engine wear.  Older equipment benefits the most where returns on investment can be very significant. Measured double digit percentage increases in fuel are not uncommon.  Even in laboratory conditions, Clean Boost increases fuel economy by 3-5% in the SAE J1321 Test and other tests as reported by Southwest Labs and Battelle Memorial.  In real world conditions those savings may be higher.

DWG is proud to share this product.  It is proven safe, highly effective.  We know of no better product to increase fuel burn, reduce upper end engine wear and reduce harmful emissions.

Numerous large, sophisticated users corroborate its' effectiveness and savings based on their long term use in large fleets with excellent record keeping and analysis of the data.  Some fleet managers have actually received awards from their companies for the money saved and pollution reductions.

When Testing
When testing the performance of Clean Boost, especially in computer controlled engines, note the following.  It will speed up how quickly the product achieves optimal performance and greatly shorten testing.

Many vehicles are equipped with an ECM (Electronic Controlled Module). When using our fuel products your equipment may see different results due to reduced temperatures in the combustion chamber. The ECM is programmed to look for the EGT's (Exhaust Gas Temperature) readings which are usually  in the 1100°F to 1350°F range. When using Clean Boost fuel products in diesel fuel you will see a  lower  temperature range of EGT's possibly up to 300 degrees F. With this lower temperature range the ECM will allow more fuel to be burned trying to raise the operating EGT's to the higher temperature, thus using up any savings that the Clean Boost produced. We recommend resetting the ECM of the vehicle by disconnecting the negative battery cable for at least 1 hour, this will allow the ECM to reprogram and work more efficiently when adding Clean Boost to your vehicle.
